Season Your Own Hardwood
Our Season Your Own Hardwood is supplied loose tipped and is ideal for filling the log store ahead of future winters. Simply stack it somewhere with good airflow, keep the rain off and allow it to naturally season at home.
Perfect for planning ahead, stocking up early and saving a little compared with buying fully dried firewood.
Machine processed to approximately 9–10 inches, suitable for most stoves and fireplaces once fully dried.
Delivered loose and tipped at your property, ready for you to move into a well ventilated log store.
Available from 2m³ to 6m³, with better value per cubic metre on larger orders.
Please note:
This firewood is not ready to burn when delivered and will require further seasoning before use. We recommend 6-12 months in a well ventilated space. Moisture testing may be necessary before burning, aiming for under 20% moisture content.
A minimum order of 2m³ applies in line with HETAS requirements.
